At Rest

Deadly force
DiGrandi, in the middle of the financial settlement phase of a divorce, paid an early-morning visit to his ex-wife with a gun in hand. She knocked it out of his hand and ran to the safety of a neighbor's house. After the neighbor refused to open the door DiGrandi got intercepted by deputies in his car. He emerged with his gun to his own head, then turned it toward the police; county officers fatally shot him.
This record exists so that Edward Warren DiGrandi, and all who are named in this archive, are never reduced to a number.
