Bicyclist Wendell Rodgers was struck by a car fleeing police and died three days later from his injuries. Police said they'd tried to stop a other for traffic violations at around 9 p.m., but the driver fled west on South Grand, ran a red light, collided with an eastbound other, rolled over and struck Rodgers on his bicycle. The driver, Edward Ousley, 39, was arrested at the scene.
