Around noon local officers and county deputies chased burglary suspect Barnhart along city streets, apparently proceeding against their own chase policies. Barnhart other struck another other in oncoming traffic head on, killing himself and critically injuring the other driver. Reports name Barnhart variously as "Andrew" or "Anthony."
