Deadly force

According to the Argus Leader: After leaving a bar, an intoxicated Engen went home, loaded his handgun, fired off a round and got in his truck and drove away. He made a call to 911 that he was drunk, had a gun and wanted to kill an officer. When he was found near the high school, he fired two rounds at deputies and drove back into town, where he rammed his other through the front door of the sheriff's office. Engen barricaded himself there for about 30 minutes. Engen walking out the back door with his handgun and encountered two deputies and Trooper Todd Albertson. Albertson ordered him to drop his gun. When Engen kept walking in his direction Albertson shot Engen three times.
