Gordon Kyle Anito was killed when his Subaru Impreza hit a tree head-on around 3:30 a.m. and caught fire. He was leading Trooper Charles Van Morgan on a high-speed chase that topped 80 mph. Morgan was fired, and the family dropped a $10 million lawsuit.
