Two suspects said to be well known to the police fled from a multi-agency sting in a Chevrolet Avalanche. Said to be armed with assault rifles, officers fired on the Avalanche during a lengthy pursuit. The suspects' other flipped, fatally injured one of them, who police declined to identify.
