An officer arrested Boatwright over for reckless driving and cocaine possession. Boatwright was taken to Potter County Jail, where he refused to take a DWI test and was later put into a cell with six other inmates. According to the others, Boatwright became sick, fell and hit his head in the bathroom. The Potter-Randall Special Crimes Unit investigated.
