Deadly force
Washington made a turn without using a turn signal. Officer John Ricketts tried to pull Washington over. Washington drove away, tried to make a quick turn and crashed into a fence. Washington got out of his other and approached Officer Ricketts as the officer stepped out of his patrol car. Officer Ricketts shot Washington fatally in the chest.
