EMTs and Officers Mike Wortanen and Brandon Cordell responded to a call about Stewart, who had a seizure. During treatment, Stewart began to flail around. Officers subdued Stewart. Stewart became unresponsive. Officers took Stewart to a hospital, where he was pronounced dead. The death was ruled a homicide.
