At Rest

Vehic/Purs
Pennsylvania State Trooper Barry Searfoss was off duty and drunk behind the wheel and had a blood-alcohol level more than twice the legal limit when he collided with a car driven by 21-year-old Robin Williams. The car exploded and she was killed. He was ordered to spend at least six months behind bars.
This record exists so that Robin Taneisha Williams, and all who are named in this archive, are never reduced to a number.
