Deadly force
O'Brien, 25, was allegedly threatening people, including children, with a baseball bat after being denied access to a swimming pool. When officers responded, O'Brien moved toward them while swinging the bat. After repeated warning to stop and drop the bat, the two officers shot and killed O'Brien.
