Berg was shot to death on Hwy 101 following a pursuit down Hwy 246 that began with a 911 call about a burglary. After officers attempted to cut him off, Berg allegedly rammed into a deputy's car, and Deputy Jeremy Rogers opened fire and killed Berg.
