Less-than-lethal force

Davis died after being pepper sprayed, handcuffed on his stomach and bound at the ankles. Davis, who was apparently high on "sherm," was acting erratic and was naked in the street in front of his home. He struggled with Little Rock Police Department officers David Green, Kelly Lepore, Nura Austin and Roy Williams when they arrived, prompting the use of pepper spray.
