Deadly force
Four officers approached three men inside a parked car at an apartment complex around 1 a.m. because of suspicious activity. They ordered the men to show their hands, and Morales (the driver) rammed his car into the police cruiser and then allegedly drove at the officers who were on foot. One officer then shot at the other, which crashed into the apartment building. Morales was killed and the other two men were injured.
