Paris D. Williams was killed and two people were critically injured after their car flipped into a ditch during a high-speed chase. Cooper and two other men allegedly pepper-sprayed a clerk at Bernie's Marathon, held her at gunpoint and fled with some cash at around 9:20 p.m. Officers chased them south at speeds of 100 mph until Williams lost control of the car.
