Officer Charles Wunder misidentified Javier Arrazola Jr. as a "parolee" and chased him through a gated apartment complex in Reseda. When Arrazola was cornered, Wunder handcuffed him and then reportedly beat and tasered him multiple times. Arrazola later died from his injuries.
