Deadly force

Officers stopped a suspicious man riding a bike. The man was holding a gun, which the officers ordered him to drop. He refused and resisted it being taken away. When he pointed the gun at an officer, an officer opened fire. The man was shot once in the chest and pronounced dead at the scene.

Why we remember them

This record exists so that Derrick “Browny” Flynn, and all who are named in this archive, are never reduced to a number.
