Deadly force
Officers responded to a report of drug use in an apartment complex parking lot. One of the suspects pulled a handgun and held it to his own head. When he refused to drop the weapon, a stun gun was used on him. He removed the probes and pointed the gun at the officers. Three officers fired on the suspect, killing him.
