At Rest

Vehic/Purs
Maria Ipina was driving home with her husband in the passenger seat and her daughter, Angeles, in the back. Dallas officers were chasing a green Ford Explorer, driven by a man named Angel Palomo. Inside the SUV was another man, Cesar Ramirez. The men allegedly had robbed someone at gunpoint, taking a phone and a gold necklace. The chase lasted less than three minutes. Palomo and police officers blew through three stop signs before coming up to Webb Chapel Road. Palomo ran the traffic light, killing Angeles Ipina.
This record exists so that Angeles Ipina, and all who are named in this archive, are never reduced to a number.
