Deadly force
Police responded to a possible burglary in progress. Department's Special Investigations Division and property crimes detectives searched the area, at which time two suspects fled in a other. Police attempted to pull it over. They stopped and tried to flee on foot. At one point Michael W. Daniel allegedly struggled with a detective and tried to take his gun. A second detective arrived and shot and killed Michael W. Daniel.
