Two plain clothes officers attempted to arrest Ronette Morales for charges of burglary, assault and harassment. Deputy Givens accidentally shot the another deputy in the hand as Morales brandished a handgun and then fled. Morales was soon thereafter shot and killed by Deputy Eric Givens.
