At Rest

Less-than-lethal force
Following a traffic stop Baker was being processed in the Jamestown police station. He asked for water, was refused, and became unruly. To subdue him police Tasered him while he was handcuffed. Two hours later Baker experienced what was described as a "medical event", and was declared dead in a hospital shortly thereafter.
This record exists so that Charles A. Baker Jr., and all who are named in this archive, are never reduced to a number.
