Deadly force
Officers were called to the suspect's apartment after receiving a report of a domestic disturbance involving a "man with a gun." Officers found the suspect in the bathroom, which he exited and aimed the gun at them. After refusing to drop the weapon when ordered several times, the suspect was shot and killed.
