Deadly force
Skyler Stewart was shot and killed by police when he pulled a handgun on officers who tried to arrest him in connection with an assault the day before. Stewart shot a police dog and ran into the woods; when he came back out of the woods he was shot by a Lower Paxton officer when he allegedly pointed a gun at the officer. Stewart died later at Penn State Milton S. Hershey Medical Center.
