Naked, breaking into people's houses, incoherent and combative, police rounded Khari Illidge up on a Sunday evening and reportedly tasered him 19 times to bring him under control. After a struggle of more than 10 minutes he passed out. During the struggle, a police officer weighing 385 pounds reportedly pinned Illidge down with both knees on Illidge's back. Illidge, with a history of drug offenses and run-ins with the police, was pronounced dead at the hospital.
