At Rest

Suicide
Montrose County Sheriff's deputies responded to a call of domestic violence, from a woman stating that her husband had pushed her down the stairs and held her captive. They had both been drinking; she had gotten away. The two deputies were shot at, and one was hit in the abdomen and chest when they approached the home. When reinforcements arrived officers, entered the house and found the suspect dead of a self-inflicted gunshot wound to the chest.
