Deadly force
William E. Morris was a passenger in a car pulled over for failing to stop at a stop sign. When officers told the passengers to exit the other Morris pulled out a handgun and refused to put it down. Officer Bryan Zotz struggled with Morris for the gun, and another officer opened fire killing Morris. During the struggle, Morris hot and injured Officer Zotz.
