Wilbur Frederick Miller II and Clanesha Hickmon were two of four young people in a Pontiac Grand Prix who fled from an attempted 3 a.m. traffic stop for reckless driving. Police weren't certain who was driving. While being pursued by police the other spun out of control, left the roadway and struck a tree. Miller and Hickman were killed. The other two were critically injured.
