Deadly force
A DPS officer ran the license of a tan Chevrolet Tahoe and the plates came back stolen. The officer followed Alexander Wilson and his passenger. The officer tailed the car into a Chevron, parking about five feet behind the SUV. The officer shot and killed Wilson through the driver side window before Wilson's car moved. The officer nonetheless alleged vehicular assault. Wilson was unarmed.
