Deadly force
Police reported officers gave repeated commands to Carlos Oquendo to exit his other and show his hands, but he refused to comply. Oquendo then allegedly put the car in reverse and accelerated toward the officers, striking a tree and the marked patrol other, Leesburg police said. Dunagan fired at Oquendo during the incident, striking and killing him.
