Less-than-lethal force

Guillermo Cedano called 911 reporting that someone was outside his house that wanted to harm him. When officers arrived, Cedano reportedly attacked them. During the scuffle, one officer suffered a fractured wrist. Cedano was tasered and after he was handcuffed, he lost consciousness. He was pronounced dead at the hospital. The Coroner's examination was unable to determine exact cause of death, attributing death to combination of drug intoxication, agitated behavior and being restrained by police.
