Kenneth Zabienski reportedly drowned after he jumped into the Little Arkansas River while fleeing police. Police said Zabienski had been pulled over for suspected DUI at about 9:45 p.m. when he ran away on foot toward the river. Zabienski jumped in and was swept away by the current. Police said they searched for Zabienski without luck. Three days later, a jogger called police to report a body floating in the river.
