Less-than-lethal force

Police responded to a call that Micah Anthony Key was assaulting his girlfriend. Police encountered Key standing in the doorway of the residence and asked him to come downstairs. Key told the police to come to him, and when they did, a struggle ensued. Key was tased a number of times during the struggle, and after the officers handcuffed him, he became unresponsive. He never regained consciousness.
