Noel Mendoza reportedly crashed his other in the parking lot of the local police station. Mendoza told police that he'd smoked and eaten a large quantity of cocaine. He then became verbally and physically aggressive. A violent struggle ensued during which Mendoza was tased several times. In the ambulance, Mendoza began to flail about and scream. He was pronounced DOA.
