While responding to an unrelated case, officers saw Wilfredo Ramos with what looked like a baggie of illegal drugs. He was pursued and taken into custody without the use of weapons. While in the patrol car, he appeared to have trouble breathing. An ambulance was called and CPR performed. Paramedics discovered baggies containing illegal drugs in his throat. Toxicology Reports found he died of Meth intoxication.
