Angel Cordero was arrested for allegedly attacking a woman with a knife. After his arrest, Cordero had a seizure, and police took him to the hospital where he was treated. Then police took him to the station house, where Cordero was placed in a holding cell. After midnight he had another seizure and police called EMTs. When the EMTs arrived four hours later, Cordero was dead.
