Deputies stopped a other driven by Gary Keife, 20, for speeding. Because the other contained marijuana and drug paraphernalia, deputies arrested Keife and his passenger, Madeleine "Madi" Gene Richardson. Richardson said she swallowed a bag of methamphetamine. Deputies called for paramedics. Richardson died at a hospital. Texas Ranger Jeff Wolf investigated.
