Luis Alberto Flores and a woman knocked on an apartment door and asked if the person they were looking for lived there. The resident said no and Flores pulled a gun. The resident called the police who arrived while Flores was still on the front porch. Flores reached for the gun in his waistband and pointed it at officers. Two officers shot and killed Flores.
