Benjamin Shealey, 31, was allegedly fleeing a police stop for driving recklessly when he lost control of his SUV and struck Albert Della Malva, who was waiting for the bus. Two twins in another other that was struck were injured. Shealey, a diagnosed schizophrenic who was drinking at the time of the accident was sentenced to 10 years in prison in 2015.
