After a reckless high-speed other chase and a foot chase, four officers attempted to subdue the 6-foot 350-lbs Deomain Hayman with multiple sets of handcuffs. Officers tasered Hayman twice to no effect. After officers placed Hayman in the upright position, he suffered a reported cardiac arrest and died at the scene.
