A Las Vegas man returning home found a stranger, Southaly Ketmany, sitting in the living room in his underwear brandishing a knife and a hammer. The man called police. When the officers encountered Ketmany, they tased him and shot him with rubber bullets to no effect. Ketmany advanced on officers with the knife and hammer, and they shot and killed him.
