Police responding to a report of three men burglarizing a home encountered two men fleeing the home to a nearby van. Allen Harvey Jr. was driving the van and allegedly sped off and drug a police officer who was trying to stop them. The police officer and two other officers shot and killed Harvey. The two other men were arrested.
