Justin Quintero got in an argument with an off-duty California State University, Los Angeles police officer. Quintero allegedly pulled a gun and shot at the officer. The officer pulled his gun and shot Quintero several times. Fatally wounded, Quintero got into a nearby car and tried to flee but crashed into another car.
