Police pulled over a car with four people in it for window tinting violation. One of the passengers, Travis Miller, fled on foot. Miller was armed and shot at pursuing police over his shoulder as he fled. Police returned fire, wounding Miller, who fled into the woods, where he was later found dead from his wounds.
