When police officer Robert Barthelemy discovered fellow National Guardsman Tony Procell was in a relationship with his estranged wife, Barthelemy kidnapped Procell, drove him out into the woods, beat him to death with a baseball bat and set his body on fire. Barthelemy was convicted of first degree murder and sentenced to life in prison in 2015.
