Dallas and Garland police officers opened fire Friday afternoon on a man suspected of shooting his ex-girlfriend's boyfriend hours earlier at a Garland QuikTrip gas station. Police reported the suspect, Dallas resident Domingo Soto, died of a self-inflicted gunshot wound.
