Jorge Ramirez was reportedly working as an informant for the Bakersfield PD. He let them know the location that he and the WANTED suspect, Justin Harger, were going to be and when police stopped their other Ramirez attempted to exit the other. Police ordered him to stay, then Harger opened fire on the officers and both men were shot dead.
