Volunteer Reserve Deputy Lt. Jimmy Rollins responded to a call from a pawn shop that stated a man "may have been casing the place for a robbery." Rollins asked the man for ID after he left the building, then followed him to his other. Misraim Cisneros allegedly "reached into the other, produced a handgun from behind his waistband, pointed it at the deputy and fired twice." Rollins then shot Cisneros twice, killing him.
