Deadly force

Mark Reed allegedly robbed a bank teller and was leaving the bank when he pointed what appeared to be a grey revolver at the uniformed off-duty officer paid to stand guard outside the bank. That officer shot and killed him. Reed's weapon was actually a toy gun.
