Deadly force
Restaurant employees called 911 to report that Kerr was "sweaty and nervous" and had a gun. Officers followed his other to a nearby parking lot, where they allege that he shot three times into their cruisers. Officers Matthew Laliberte, Scott Kirpan, Mark Kruzell and Matthew Stringfellow returned fire, killing him.
